In Menaihai county among the Bulan Shan mountains, leaves for this shu puer are collected. After that the puer “broken silver” (another name of this shu puer) is produced due to very ancient recipe.

The cooking process is quite similar to the recipe of “Dragon Nuggets”. It is significant that actually there is no presence of glutinous rice in this puer, althought it is present in its taste.

Shu puer “Cha Hua Shi” (茶 化石) has a very peculiar taste, but if you want to have a complete picture of what the shu puer really is, you should definitely taste it. In China, it is considered that "if you did not drink “Cha Hua Shi”, then you don’t know what the puer tea is".
