INGREDIENTS:
Peppermint, orange peel, Rose hips, Echinacea, Ginkgo, Ginger, Nettle and Cinnamon bark.

This tea is packed full of immune boosting herbs that will help protect you from colds and flu.

Peppermint – Invigorating taste and promotes healthy bowel system.

Ginger – Prevents Nausea and can be used for travel sickness. Eases flatulence and aids with digestion.

Orange Peel – Vitamin C, catalyst to herbs.

Ginkgo – Increases circulation to the heart and limbs.

Rose hips- Vitamin C, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol and increases blood flow to the limbs.

Echinacea – Good for mucous in the nose, sinus, lungs and digestive tract. Good Excellent remedy for inflamed gums and tonsillitis. Stimulates production of white blood cells which fight infection.

Nettle – Lots of Vitamins, Blood invigorating properties and Bio-available nutrients, calcium and magnesium, allow good uptake of iron.

Cinnamon Bark – Aids in Colds.

HOW TO PREPARE:
1-1.5 tsp into an infuser, pour 8oz of boiling water over, cover to stop nutrients from escaping in the steam and steep for 8-10 min.
