Delicate and refreshing, this semi-fermented tea has a lovely ripe peach overtone and a fragrance comparable to that of Jasmine. The leaves of this mild soothing brew can support multiple infusions, making it perfect for Gunfu style preparation.

Uniquely named, Hairy Crab Oolong is not a reflection of the taste of this tea, rather of the visual appearance of its leaves… serrated with fine, downy hair, similar to that of the crustacean.

This tea originates in the Anxi district of China’s Fujian region, and has been known to be a touch on the temperamental side, so caution is advised when brewing to ensure that you receive the perfect cup!.
