Delicate and refreshing, this semi-fermented Oolong tea has a lovely ripe peach overtone and a fragrance comparable to that of Jasmine. The leaves of this mild soothing brew can support multiple infusions, making it perfect for Gongfu style preparation.
This tea originates in the Anxi district of China’s Fujian region, and has been known to be a touch on the temperamental side, so caution is advised when brewing to ensure that you receive the perfect cup!
