From Moychay

Oolong “Sparrow tongue” was made in October 2018 in the Wuyish Nature Reserve.

In appearance: middle-sized, lengthwise twisted leaves of brown colors. The aroma is intensive, spicy-biscuit. The liquor is transparent, amber color.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and warm, spicy-biscuit with woody, nutty, floral and fruity nuances. The aroma is warm, spicy-floral; cold aroma is sweet, floral. The taste is full-bodied and smooth, sweetish, with delicate fruity tartness, transforming into lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot boiling water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7 times.

Oolong “Sparrow tongue” warms up the body and refreshes perception, relieves fatigue and gives minutes of pure joy. It is recommended to those yancha lovers who appreciate its subtle, floral component.
