From Mountain Tea

Great weather and growing conditions produced this delicious crop of Mountain oolong. We detect notes of cream, tropical fruit, bananas, and cane sugar. This crop has exceptional butteriness and a thick syrupy mouthfeel. We highly recommend it.

Our spring crop of Mountain oolong was picked early May at an elevation of around 1500m above sea level, which qualifies it as high mountain oolong tea. Like most high mountain teas, our Mountain oolong grows enshrouded in mist and experiences a 20°F difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures, which allows the tea to produce intense flavors and aromatics while tempering bitterness.
