Coming over from a sheng session, steeped this one for a long time but it’s pretty subtle.
Sweetness coats the tongue, not really much spice to speak of but I have a few traces of pepper on the body. It’s a bit like hot sweet pumpkin water, which is close to the expectations set by the wrapper. Maybe akin to suckling on pumpkin seeds? Come to mention it, I miss roasted pumpkin seeds with some sea salt.
Maybe this one is better suited for the cooler autumn months and not bearing down on a hot FL summer…
All the same, this tea is middling at best compared to some nice loose leaf. I won’t pour it out but I liked the mango moringa better. The taste made more sense to my head.
