2009 Menghai Dayi Dragon Pillar (Long Zhu) Ripe 357g
The 2009 Dragon Pillar is highly valued among collectors for its elegant appearance and high-grade quality. The Dragon Pillar is part of TaeTea’s Imperial Series. Made from the slender tender tips picked from a selection of the finest tea estates in Menghai. The leaf striations are shapely and tightened with golden tea-hairs.
It is moderately fermented and the liquor is robust and deep-cherry red. It has a smooth mellow flavor and an aroma that hints of the aged tea-trees from where it came.
