A gorgeously colorful tea blend that will lift your spirits and leave you feeling refreshed and centered. Our Spring Tonic tea is a completely organic herbal tisane (no caffeine!) that has been designed with Spring in mind, to cleanse, renew and nourish. It contains healthful and soothing organic herbs: calendula flowers, nettle leaf, red clover blossoms, chamomile, rose hips and rose petals. This carefully blended tisane is wonderful in the morning, or in the evening after a bath to restore a sense of balance and tranquility during the seasonal transition.
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per cup. Pour boiling water over the tea and steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain and serve.
