From London Tea Club

This Taiwanese oolong is scented at night when jasmine flowers bloom. Originally from Persia, jasmine was bought to China through the Silk Road during the Han Dynasty. The jasmine used here is both local and unique to Taiwan.

Tea leaves are layered with fresh jasmine overnight in order to absorb the fragrance of the flowers. This process is repeated 5 times for this oolong.

Another sip down!

This tea is quite delicious! Again, its a little on the older side so I’m not sure what it was like fresh but its darn delicious right now! The jasmine is present in the exact perfect amount, not too subtle, not too in your face. I wasn’t sure about a Jasmine tea but the scent and flavor of this is delicious… feels like I’m drinking something delicate and exotic!
