From Kusmi Tea

The latest in the Kusmi Tea’s wellness line, Euphoria is a blend of roasted maté, chocolate, and orange. Appreciated throughout South America for its stimulating virtues, the yerba maté is a plant that has been consumed by generations of indigenous people in Brazil and in Paraguay.

Chocolate works as an instant mood booster, helping to release endorphins as it lifts your spirits. The orange provides the perfect sunny note for a warm and comforting blend. The benefits of maté, combined with those of the chocolate and orange makes Euphoria the ideal drink to boost your mood. Chocolate lovers who fell for its taste but also for the pleasure it provides can now enjoy it with out the feelings of guilt. This exquisite blend with zero calories combines wellness and pleasure.

To be enjoyed to your hearts content!

We suggest to enjoy this tea during the afternoon.

Main flavor: Chocolate and orange

let me start this by saying i hate mate. Every time i have it, i am not a fan. However, i ADORE chocolate orange. So i tried this. the smell is amaaaazing. delicious chocolate orange and yum all around.

taste wise…i can ALMOST get over the mate because of the delicious chocolate orange. almost. I see how the mate adds to that thicker feeling….but i wish i could take this flavouring and add it to a malty black tea. THAT would be fantastic.

This smells like heaven in a tin, but unfortunately, the flavor isn’t quite as good as the aroma.

This was brewed for 5 minutes. It smells like chocolate and oranges. The flavor matches the scent, but it just tasted weak.

I’m going to try brewing this in a different temperature water, and will also try a cold brew. Then I’ll hopefully be updating with a better result.

Huh! Interesting little sewn muslin for a tea bag! That is kind of charming. Holy smokes! The orange in this is like the bright fresh oil from the peel! The chocolate is in there somewhere, but this tea is all about the orange. The aftertaste is like I just had a sip of OJ. As it cools, the chocolate hides even more. The first cup was so flavorful that I didn’t need sweetener. Not sure if it would have helped the chocolate come out some more. I sweetened the second steeping, which is weaker, but still delicious. This tea is amazing and I would like to have more of it someday!
