From JoJo Tea

This might sound crazy, but white-tip oolong tea changed my life. After tasting it for the first time, it immediately became my favorite, and the very reason that JoJo Tea got started was to get this tea into your cup. Although the method of manufacture was developed in Fujian, China, I believe it has been perfected in the mountains of northern Taiwan. Young, tender tips (two leaves and a bud) are gently rolled lengthwise, and patiently allowed to thoroughly oxidize. Once they reach about 65% oxidation, they begin a light, but long roasting process to draw out any water, without drying out essential oils. This offers a highly prized tea with a light body, exceptionally smooth mouthfeel and lingering notes of peach and honey.
Freshly boiled water will offer a perfect cup after four minutes. These leaves are very patient and if a bit more leaf is used than usual, and brew time is reduced a bit as well (2-3 minutes), they can be brewed up to three or even four times.
