Dong Ding Oolong Jade is one of the most famous oolong teas from Lu Ku, Taiwan. A light oolong, Dong Ding Jade is oxidised between 15 – 25% and grown between 500 – 800 metres above sea level , it gives a wonderful, pale liquor with a floral base and a fruity peach-like aftertaste. Delicious!
