I took the remainder of this from the GCTTB3 box when I had it, and there was only a smidgen of leaf in the bag anyway, so I decided to make it iced. Coldbrewed for about 10 hrs or so. I also added a spoonful of sugar into the whole mix.
The liquor is a beautiful pale yellow, but I think it absorbed smells and flavours from other teas in the box, as it tastes more floral than fruity. Luckily, there was no astringency.
