From Imperial Tea Court

A lightly oxidized, winter-picked green oolong tea from famous Pine Valley area in south central Taiwan, an area noted for high Oolong productions. While steeping, the tea opens to reveal large, dark green leaves and produces a delicate infusion, one whose smooth, well-rounded flavor is deeply floral, with a refreshing, long-lasting finish.
Recommend brewing this tea at 194F for 2-3minutes. Use 5 grams per 8oz water. Re-steep 2-3 times, gradually increasing infusion time and temperature.
Enjoy the high floral fragrance, and the deep chewy texture of this exceptional “green” style Oolong tea.

This was the first selection of the tea of the month club from Imperial tea Court. It just arrived a few days ago. I’m quite pleased with it. The company description seems good. I like the mouth feel, and I seem to pick up a mild nutty flavor.
