Four Seasons Oolong tea comes from a locally certified biological tea farm* in the Alpine Tea Zones of Taiwan, which reach heights of over 1,000 meters above sea level. The high altitude helps the tea plants and their leaves gradually grow to become strong and healthy. This oolong tea is slightly oxidized below 25 percent and endures a light roasting process that works to preserve the natural antioxidants while, at the same time, adding earthy flavors. During the brewing process, the whole leaves unfurl to release a fresh, floral, and mellow aroma. t tastes delicious and soothing with a fruity, medium tea body.

Grown without synthetic chemical substances and without genetically engineered seeds.

After trying the GABA oolong, the vendor offered me a sample of the Four Seasons Oolong, to cleanse my palate, I think. This is a nice oolong, smooth and buttery with floral notes. It’s lighter than I tend to like my oolongs, however, and I either would have steeped it longer or used more leaves to see how that changed the flavor.

Always happy to try new oolongs!
