As a result he has brought his 40 plus years experience with Pu-erh to Haiwan ensuring superior raw material, processing, and sanitation. Haiwan teas are well-crafted and they will age well given time and good storage conditions. The 9948 Raw cake is premium blend that is based loosely on Menghai tea factory’s 7542 blend. Some think that both the material used and the brewed tea is better quality than the Menghai version. Composed entirely of Early Spring 2008 tea.
