This Tie Guan Yin oolong tea shows light cinnamon color touch because of the medium firing. Shaped not so tightly and of even size, the tea leaves offer a slightly acidic touch with good sweetness. The tea liquor gives aways the traditioal firing aromas durin the first few brews and then gives a lovely flowery and fruity profile with a touch of honey. The spring oolong tea is smooth with good weight and clean liquor. A very easy one to drink!
