Our China Oolong Fine Ti Kuan Yin is an excellent example of a traditional Chinese Oolong tea cultivated south of the Min River in China’s Fujian Province. Not as highly oxidized as our Formosa Oolong, the large curled leaves appear almost reddy-brown with a dark green tinge when they unfurl in the cup. This Ti Kuan Yin produces a golden, honey colored cup with a sweet, floral aroma and an orchid-like, delicate flavor when brewed.
