Our maiden Oolong from the panoramic plantations of Avaata in southern tea growing region of India. This semi-fermented tea boasts of a silver glazed appearance with beautiful long leaves which unfurl completely upon infusion. The liquor is bright golden with a distinct earthy aroma with a delightful sweetness. The flavor is abolsutely unique and complex, suggesting notes of nuts and almonds. The tea is smooth with a distinct woody aftertaste which just keeps you yearning for more. An exquisite Oolong which can be enjoyed any time of the day. Nilgiri estates produce very limited quantity Oolongs and this is definitely an excellent selection by our tasters.

It has become my favourite tea (not taking into account black tea and shou pu erh).
Is sweet, smooth, with a floral and wood touch. Is soft. I really recommend this tea.
