“a delicate White Peony King from Fuding province”
Fuding White Peony King Tea is grown and crafted on the majestic Tai Lao Mountain in the Fuding area of Fujian Qingchuan Bay, China.
This exquisite white tea is named after the peony aroma that naturally emanates from the tea leaves. It is a sweet, smooth and mellow tea made in the classic White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) style. When brewed, the soft leaves give a rich floral-fruit flavour with slight earthiness and melon sweetness.
Heat water to 98 ° C. Use one teaspoon of tea per person and brew for five minutes. The leaves can then be reinfused seveeral times following these steps, with each infusion producing a slightly different flavour. It is best served without milk.
