Overall this was a very good tea. I gave it two rinses , gave it a few minutes to open up then began drinking. It had strong notes of wet wood in the early steeps. These dissipated by the fourth steep and began to turn to sweet. By the sixth steep it was quite smooth. There was some bitterness in the early steeps which also disappeared. This was good tea, another winner from Streetshop88.

I brewed this twelve times in a 150ml gaiwan with 9.5g leaf and boiling water. I gave it two rinses, let a rest a few minutes then steeped it for 5 sec, 5 sec, 5 sec, 7 sec, 10 sec, 15 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec. 45 sec, 1 min, 1.5 min and 2 min. This tea was by not means played out by the twelfth steep, I could have gotten a few more had I wanted to continue and I might just go back for steeps 13, and 14.
