From driftwood tea

Red Jade Black Tea proves that Taiwan produces more than just fantastic oolongs. Grown in the Yuchih Township, the famous TRES-18 hybrid used to produce this tea combines an Assamica strain from Burma with a local wild tea to create an incredibly smooth and sophisticated black tea.

Key Flavours: Wild soft fruits. Plums & figs with notes of raison, cinnamon and a light menthol finish.

I absolutely adore this tea. It’s a beautiful deep red, complex and well-rounded in flavour, with a natural malty sweetness and a satisfying, smooth finish.
