From Den's Tea

Den’s Tea best selling tea bag. This is the same great quality Sencha that we offer loose, with the added convenience of a tea bag. The leaves are cut, roasted and blended specifically for our tea bags. We wrap each bag in a foil pouch to insure freshness.

Sample. I really liked some of the loose unflavored Senchas I’ve tried from Den’s, but this one not so much for some reason.

This is the first tea I tried from my $3 starter box from Den’s.
And.. I am definitely buying from them again =D
This tea was highly enjoyable!! Why do I seem to like Japanese greens more than Chinese..? I swear I have no bias even though I’ve been studying the language for 3 years!

I got this as part of the Den’s Tea Novice sampler. My tea experience isn’t very wide but I thought this was a decent tea. I wouldn’t purchase it for myself, however, as I’m not very fond of the mixture of matcha and sencha.

For what it is and what you pay, this is great value. Excellent flavor and quality for being in a pyramid tea bag. If you want to drink Sencha often and keep things cheap, this is a good way to go.

Again, this isn’t an 85 if you compare it to other Sencha or other types of Japanese Green Tea. But if you compare it to other Senchas in tea bags, then it is very good.

This isn’t my favorite sencha ever, but it’s quite tasty! :) It’s smooth and earthy. I like it! But I’m still searching for my favorite sencha.
