So Yesturday I stopped by David’s Tea and was in the mood to try a different tea. I told the nice saleslady which teas I already own and love and as per her recoomendation and a smell test, I went with Bhudda’s Blend. I do no regret getting this one bit, it was a nice and lighter version of three wishes and had a soothing flowery smell. I was just completely taken by it. I should get a tin of this sometime soon.

One of my favorite white teas next to a plain silver tip white tea. This one has a beautiful white flower flavor the compliments the stone fruit notes in the tea. It’s a magic carpet ride of delicate, luxurious flavors. Perfect for a warm sunny morning wake up or a lazy evening cup to read with while your eyelids get heavy

A very light flowery tea. The beginning of my loose leaf tea habit

I’ve had several cups of this tea (hot) and I am still not sure how I feel about it. The smell is so very different from the taste. The smell is a sweet floral earthy smell but the taste is very bitter. I need to experiment with this maybe try adding milk or making it cold or something. I am not sure. This is one tea that expands a great deal while steeping. It actually quite grosses me out to open the strainer afterwards. Update – Just figured out that if I cut way back and steep this only about a minute it is much better. The good flavors are still present but the bitter is much much reduced.

I received this tea at David’s tea, so not sure exact water temperature. I left the bad in for approx. 3 mins, and that would be all I recommend.

Initially the tea smells very peachy, and fruity. Upon sipping, the peach taste is the first one recognized, followed by the actual tea flavors. Very clean flavored tea, I bet this one would be delicious iced. I may have to add this to my staple collection.
