From DAVIDsTEA

This “grand cru” from China’s Anhui region features gorgeously large leaves and an intense emerald color. Grown at an altitude of 500 meters, the leaves were harvested one by one, for an astounding taste and aroma. Expect a rich perfume and a slight, lime-based astringency. Classified as one of the Famous 10 Teas in China, it crosses a bridge between top Chinese and Japanese green teas.

165F for 90 seconds. Nice sweet, vegetal flavor. A little astringent… keeping me awake through studying for a test this morning.
