Cold Brew!
Had this last night and it was soooo incredibly refreshing. When I was sick with Covid I was drinking a lot of bottled smoothies because the cold temp was so nice on my throat and it was good way to keep my fruit/veg intake up without expending a lot of energy cooking or even just slicing things up. My favourite was a strawberry banana smoothie – and this it definitely kind of reminiscent of that. More emphasis on the strawberry than the banana, but both coming together to create something fresh and creamy. I also got a lot of coconut in this particular infusion so that flavour was pretty pronounced too, but it only doubled down on the creaminess which made the smoothie vibes even stronger.
