Aromas: A floral planty attack. Floral (rose, orange blossom), a touch of almond, fruit (citrus, apricot, sweet orange) and planty (stem, sap, raw vegetables). Fresh and stewed fruit. Very harmonious.
Aromatic profile and length in the mouth: long coumarin notes and great complexity. Very elegant, with the different fruity, vanilla/butter/brioche, floral, and planty notes
