I needed something to calm me down today. With my Mother’s stroke and her being diagnosed with Sundowners I am a mess.

Picked this tea up at the farmer’s market a while back and it seems just the ticket.

I’ve been through this, too. Taking care of an ill parent is extremely difficult and stressful. Take care of yourself so you’ll be able to take care of her. Also, don’t let it all sit on your shoulders. See if you can hire a healthcare aide to help out sometimes. Enjoy your tea!

I went through this about 5 years ago with my dad. I hope everything turns out well. It will be difficult but you will make it. It will seem like you are overwhelmed at times but your inner strength will rise up.
