This is ‘Cornucopia‘, a blend of Ceylon black leaf, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, ginger, cardamom, star anise, clove, almond, orange peel & marigold. I blended it to stand up to honey and cream but also be able to hold its own. I’ve even been adding a shot of espresso to it and it definitely hits the spot. . .
