The only tea estate in the region situated just north of Darjeeling, Temi produces their tea in the aforementioned style.

Origin; Sikkim, India

Tasting Notes; A light earthy, floral tea with notes of honey and nuts.

Steeping Instructions;1 tsp. per 8oz. Steep for 3 -4 minutes at 195 degrees
