The earliest records of tea cultivation say that the Pu people of the Yunnan region in China began growing tea in the Shang Dynasty (1600-1050 b.c.) which shows practice makes perfect as with our Aged Golden Pu-erh. This bold and earthy Pu-erh yields a wonderful aroma and delicious forest floor flavor. A terrific segue for those making the switch from coffee to tea.

Ingredients: Pu-erh tea, aged 5 years

Country of Origin: China (Yunnan Province)

Brewing Instructions:
Hot Tea: use 1.5 tsp. of tea per 6 ounces of water. Heat water to 208 °F and steep for 1-3 minutes. If bolder flavor is desired, increase the amount of tea used.
