The “Ever Spring”, Tsau-Tsun is a Wu-Yi type of Tea, which a well-known Oolong region in China where Oolong are exported from since the 18th century. The Tsau-Tsun is cultivated in a village of Minjing in Nantou province in Taiwan and it is picked 6 times a year.
