Wulong/ oolong meaning Dark Dragon. Ours is a dark roasted Oolong from Taiwan. The rolled leaves are baked several times, then it’s charcoal fire finished. This cup is fierce with an almost coffee fragrance. The liquor is a beautiful amber and the profile finds notes of smoke, burnt caramel, cinnamon, brandy and cocoa. Several infusions can be had of this tea fit for dragons!
