The Lapsang Souchong Black Tea is made from spring tea leaves from Tong Mu Guan, Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province of China. The high mountains are covered in forests and are rounded in a heavy mist which helps provide the ideal environment for growing top quality tea. It is processed by the traditional crafts of Black Tea, and it doesn’t have smoky flavor.
