The lightly roasted Taiwanese everspring oolong tea, picked from the high mountain tea farms of Nantou County, is an excellent introduction to roasted oolong teas. Lighter on caffeine, smooth in flavour, high in anti-oxidants, with a touch of wood, roasted flavour in the finish.
