This little sample has lived in my cupboard for a long time now.

Steeped hot at the recommended 95C, it’s everything I don’t like in mango/tropical fruit teas. Something about the combination of tea and mangoes makes my tongue jump to fruity cardboard dirt. I’ve also never been a fan of this type of oolong base.

I’ll try the last of my sample in a cold brew and hope that makes a difference!

haha i love that omgsrsly found this one weird..and odd. For me, it’s actually pretty tasty, even if it is an oolong but the mango reminds me more of peach….but then maybe that’s the result of the passion fruit flavour being added to it. Still though, quite a ncie tea, and i’d be interested in trying it hot brewed, iced. with just a dash of sweetner to really bring out the flavours… thanks lady!

It’s just a little toasty. I do like the flavour of this one!

I tried this cold steeped yesterday, and… it’s weird. It only steeped for about 5 hours, in a DavidsTea bag in a thermos filled with ice and water. But I think the weirdness is the oolong. It’s slightly toasted, and combined with the mango and passion fruit flavour it’s quite odd. I had troubles drinking it all, when I had an iced Crio Bru and coffee sitting there, as well. :)

Smelling it, now that it’s been in the bag rather than the tin, it smells a bit like kombucha! So weird.

I definitely need to try this one hot, as well as iced. Maybe the flavour will be different if I do that.
