From AnJing

Our Tie Guan Yin oolong from Xiang Hua area in Anxi county offers a balanced cup with a light amber hue. The texture is silky-smooth and the refreshing floral taste lingers in the mouth long after the last cup. Don’t confuse our regular Tie Guan Yin as being unimpressive or of poor quality. It will still very easily convert those who are not accustomed to such floral aromas or used to darker roasted teas.

This tea has a really dense orchid/lilac floral quality at the first steep that’s very vibrant and clear. It progresses into smooth clarified lobster-tinted butter. Very smooth and rich. Then an electric snap of sweetness before gracefully leaving on a honey glissando. Delightful.
