From Adagio Teas

A wake-up call to the senses! Our Grapefruit Oolong is invigorating both in scent as well as taste. This blend of premium Taiwan oolong tea and grapefruit is a fantastic choice for an afternoon respite, or anytime you need a citrus-infused pick-me-up. Zesty and warming, full-bodied and slightly dry finish. Refreshingly aromatic.

Premium Taiwan oolong is the foundation for this distinctively uplifting tea, perfect iced or hot. The grapefruit that flavors and scents it was named for how it grows, in grape-like clusters- who knew?! Farmed in both China and the U.S. plus such diverse countries as Haiti, Jamaica and Costa Rica, grapefruit can be eaten plain, halved and broiled, segmented into salads, stuffed into poultry or juiced. Enjoy Grapefruit Oolong alone or enjoy its aromatic citrusy essence with a dish made with fresh grapefruit. Satisfaction is guaranteed with its full body and slightly dry finish.

Oolong Tea | Moderate caffeine | Steep at 212° for 3-5 minutes.

This is one of my favorites when it comes to oolong. The grapefruit flavor helps to tone down the brisk smoky oolong flavor, which can be overpowering on its own. Grapefruit oolong is a great introductory oolong.
