Really green and fragrant, when you first open the bag it’ll smell like a wild field of grass. The hibiscus really rounds out the flavor nicely giving it a nice floral touch. Mmm, delicious! I recommend steeping for standard green tea times (2-4 minutes) but you can let it languish in the pot for longer should you want to.

Inspired by the character Stiles from the MTV show Teen Wolf. Every single one of my blends is TASTE TESTED before being listed.

ingredients: artichoke green, rhubarb green, hibiscus

i personally think this tea is fairly dull for such a bold and jittery character. but it’s a drinkable tea.

also,
there are may be something like 4 boxes of tea i should be putting together and mailing out but all i keep doing is reading in my room and ignoring all my responsibilities. and tea sample mailings is one of those responsibilities i’m ignoring evidently.
sigh.

Yum. Totally would never have tried this flavors if this bag didn’t have Stiles’ face on it! Artichoke? Gross! Surprisingly this tea tastes quite lovely! The hibiscus isn’t too overpowering and adds a nice sweet tartness to the blend. It’s not overly grassy either, very smooth and not bitter. Artichoke and rhubarb, who knew.

If it is possible for a tea to be snarky, this one is. A pleasant twang to the green flavour.

I’m so sad to be finishing this bag. Artichoke and rhubarb sounded like an unlikely combination, but it works so beautifully in this tea. There’s hibiscus in there too, which may be a dealbreaker for some, but I like it. The mild vegetable flavor of the artichoke is tempered by the rhubarb, making this tea smooth and really, really easy to drink.
