To me, this tea tastes like a gumball but with a little bit of zing to it. But in a good way! It’s a good tea when you want something with a bit of spice to it but aren’t feeling like a traditional chai.

This is a spicy citrus chai that goes well with milk & sugar or straight up. I imagine this would make an excellent and refreshing iced tea (and as soon as I get back from out of town, I’m making some). Even though I’m a big chai fan,I usually don’t like it without at least a splash of milk, but all the citrus in this makes it brisk and delicious all by itself. I think this is probably my new favorite chai, and it’s perfect for the summer. Be careful not to oversteep it though!
