Still not getting tomato or turnover/pastry from this tea, but it is a really delicious cinnamon and allspice profile and ultimately that full bodied and hot, but woody, cassia note was exactly the warming hug in a cup that I needed a few days ago. In fact, as I was drinking it I found myself thinking about how weird this profile would have been if I actually could taste the tomato – so ultimately I think the blend was better for the absence of that flavour.
