Had no idea what to expect with this tea, although mulled wine made me think of classic mulling spices/Christmassy flavours. And perhaps that’s what this tea is… in Germany? The dry tea smells to me like grape mixed with something that I’m not too keen on, although I don’t see anything in the ingredients list that I’d identify as objectionable. I was hoping the flavour might be kind of grapey/mulled wine-y, but it wasn’t – the objectionable flavours took over and I ended up dumping half of the cup. It wasn’t horrible, but it just isn’t to my palate at all.
