The aroma is not nearly as appealing as the flavor. I am not big on really fruity teas, but this one is very nice. I steeped it quickly, and filled a mug and a thermos. I’ll be drinking the 2nd half this afternoon. It’s mellow, aromatic, and simply delightful. I do not know the best temp to steep. I let the water sit for at least 3-4 minutes after it stopped boiling. The first steep was for about 8 seconds. The second, for a few more, and 2 more steeps after, totaling about 45 seconds, I guess…
Oh dear. Was this the sample I sent? If so it is a 52Teas blend. :)
