I never thought I’d call a tea with cucumber in it to be such an ambrosia! The balance of flavors here is perfect. Melon, cucumber, spicy habenero are the most prominent. Then once in a while, ginger lime and mint would make an appearance. All on the base of a fresh green tea. Perfect for one of the last hot days of the year. It’s such an awesome, unique flavor combination. I’m loving all of the new 52Teas blends I received in my grab bag. Cucumber?! I don’t even like cucumber (ginger either!) but it just WORKS here. I would have liked just a tiny bit more of melon to peek out though. I’m usually a fan of the heat tea blends though. An absolute tea magician created this blend. :D

A while back professional chefs put out different flavoured waters. The cucumber water was my favourite. Just ice water and slices of cucumber, I believe. So fresh and delicious. I’m not surprised that it was good. There is a company that makes t bags with them. I will have to try it and review.
