A self-proclaimed “tea junkie” who keeps an average of 50-80 tea varieties on hand at anytime. I mostly use loose leaf, and always water from a double-filter boiling tap set at about 195 degrees F.
I like to steep my leaves without a filter and my vessel of choice is an insulated glass tea tumbler with a mesh screen. I do sweeten my tea.
