This tea surprised me a little. I found it to have sweet taste and after taste. I did not find the flavor very strong. But I did get some astringency. I am intrigued-more than anything. I am glad that I could finally get to some of these teas.

So far, this has been my favorite Wuyi I received in the sample set from ChaDao. It reminds me of a wuyi TGY mix. It has a smooth/sweet flavor. I definitely stands alone. I am not used to Wuyis without smokiness. Love it. I am just surprised it has been rated so low.

I recently tried this tea, and I was quite impressed. The first infusion was steeped for 30 sec. with 190 degree water. This started with a rather weak brew. But the second infusion, water 190 and 45 sec. was amazing. It had a sweet mellow flavor with a cinnamon after taste. I really enjoyed this tea. Subsequent infusions were not as impressive, but it was still worth resteeping.

I am trying to place what I like about this oolong. It has as subtle smoky and chocolate notes. But it also has an earthiness that lingers on the tongue after the sip. It is an interesting oolong for sure.

I tried this one today, I received a free sample in the mail. I enjoyed the mellow flavor of this wuyi. It is always nice to see another variation of this tea.

I like this Mao Feng. The price is right, and so is the flavor profile. It is in my daily rotation.

I cannot complain about this tea. It is exactly what I would expect from an affordable Bi Luo Chun. It has a sweet taste. It is in my daily rotation.

I tried a sample of this tea today. It has a nice chai flavour. It also has a nice, non-bitter, coffee flavour. If you enjoy chai tea, you should try this one.
