Not sure if this is 2013 or another year. But I’m going to assume 2013 based on other comments. This gives off a woodsy appeal. When I drink it I think of taking a walk in the woods. I just detected a hint of cinnamon. That was weird. Overall good tea. Perfect for this rainy morning.

Disappointment in my mouth. After trying Lupicia’s Golden Honey Dew tea I’ve set my standards high for honeydew tea and unfortunately I don’t think this one even comes close. I was going to buy a bag. Was so excited. Decided to get a kids size to taste it (cause they don’t do samples) and man am I glad I did. If you like dandelion or very heavy flower tasting tea this is for you.

Had this one in my cupboard for awhile. Not really a fan of plain black tea and it comes with a bunch of other tea that I love. Pulled it out to mix with lemonade for an arnie palmer. Seems like your typical english breakfast to me, just a bit lighter. Honestly I thought it tasted better steeped at 2-3 mins.

Let it steep a bit longer then 3 minutes because I was giving my husband a head massage and forgot about it. Luckily it still has that earthy aftertaste that I’ve come to love about oolongs. (I particularly love it in Ginseng oolong teas). The main flavor is also very earthy. On a side note my little one is one month old today. Time flies too fast

No idea of how many teas ive tried from the megaload of tsp samples i have from the box.

I’m assuming this tea has something to do with Hanukkah. Im definitely tastings burnt, not always burnt sugar though. Honestly not sure if it’s because this is the bottom of the sample or because of the ‘poptart’ but I’m npt really liking the flavors. The first few sips were good but as I’m getting to the bottom of the cup it’s kinda meh.

I’m probably not the best person to review this type of tea seeing as how I don’t like to drink plain black tea much but I wanted to give it a shot at least. Not judge a tea by it’s tin, ya know.

Not getting much of a chocolate or malty flavors. It is very earthy. Somewhat grassy but not as much as a green tea would be. For a plain black tea I don’t mind it. Good hot and cold.

As I start steeping this tea I know I am a bit apprehensive about the mint. However, as i put the sample into the teapot and smelled it’s dry essence I knew it wouldn’t be a problem.

Now as I stand here drinking it I do quite like it. It’s like a cup of white mint hot chocolate without all the guiltiness. Though I must admit there is a lingering metal aftertaste thst is bugging me.

Hot chocolate. That is what this tea smells like. When steeped it also has a slight hot chocolate flavor to it. It reminds me of a really good hot chocolate that I can’t remember the name of. Godiva? maybe… Numi has done a great job once again. I love most of what I’ve tried from them and this one is another keeper. The other thing I love about this tea is that the puerh and the chocolate not only mix well but also don’t try to over power each other. Perfectly proportionate.

Steepster is not only good for learning about new teas but also new things like stonefruit. Never heard of it but it seems to go quite well with this tea. Its a smooth blend and the dry smell is quite lovely. Kinda flowery but more on the fruity side. When steeped there is still a bit of fruity smell but the black tea comes out more. I’m also findings the black tea is stronger then any other flavor.
