drank Chamomile fennel by Teekanne

More chamomile fennel tea. It seems to be a very popular flavor here in Germany. I think it tastes Identical to the Mesmer tea- going from memory. I don’t like the smell though. I feel like on the nights I drank it, I slept much better though. A good one for upset stomach. Wouldnt recommend drinking for fun but for certain purposes

Is this the best Chai? Yes! I never want the bagged stuff again. The spices are perfect, the tea is perfect. I make it on the stovetop with milk. Gotta be careful it doesn’t boil over. So good though. I started with the Assam in the sampler because i really like Assam tea… and I didnt know where to start. Anyway, if you like spicy chai tea, you cant go wrong with these.

drank 8 Herbs Tea by Teekanne

Im still trying to work my way through all of the cheaper brands, got sidetracked a little. Taste like a Mesmer tea. Taste like fennel and other herbs. No distinct flavor and not particularly delicious but good to get sole random herbs in my body.

Im a little suspicious of brands I fond on Amazon, but I decided to get the sampler pack, bonus it was on sale for only 10 Euro!! So about a euro a sample because there really isnt a lot of tea in each sample. Ive made golden milk a few times, usually with powder turmeric that tends to stay powdery. No issues with that. The scent was nice, so spicy smelling and also smells like fresh potent dried spices. You can really taste the ginger bite, the cardamom, and the black pepper. I made
Mine on the stovetop with milk and sugar and it was delicious! I would get a larger size.

drank Golden Monkey by Harney & Sons

I almost pulled the trigger on a Davids tea sampler but at the last minute decided not too. There are just so many option. Anywho, I bought this because I wanted to try some of the pricier teas and I had a coupon code. And, the verdict is, its ok but not really worth the money. I had a similar (if not better tea from What-cha) that was cheaper and more value for the taste. It just taste like a regular lighter version of a black tea. I would recommend it, if the price was cheaper. I might still get the Golden Monkey sampler one day tho

I have been eyeing the Flight of Golden Monkeys for some time. Harney’s was the first I tried, then Teavana’s which didn’t hold a candle to it. The following year Harney had a disclaimer on their GM that said that a drought had made the new harvest not as sweet as the previous.

Since then, I have purchased Teavivre GM because it is cheaper, but it still doesn’t touch my very first GM from Harney. It is very good, though! Now I need to keep an eye out for What-Cha.

I’ve had my eye on the Golden Monkey set too! I wish I had liked this one more, I had high hopes but I feel like i’ve had better teas from What-cha for a much better price. I will have to check the Teavivre to my list, I definitely need to try other companies for comparison sake at least.

What-Cha has some great tea. I hope to try their GM someday soon!

Ive never seen a tea like this so I was excited to try it. Its on the pricier side too so I assumes the flavors would be amazing. I was wrong! It has a vegetal light taste and thats it. Tastes like it should be 7 dollars. I just wasn’t a fan. I ended up mixing it in with strawberry cream herbal tea which made the tin go by quicker and gave it a flavor boost. One thing I do want to note, the last white tea I had was rough on my body. This one the caffeine effects are there but gentler which is interesting because they state it should have more. Usually white teas mess me up by keeping me up forevef

I bought this at a superb price. The amount you get for price is crazy good. This reminds me of a Tea Friends tea of the same name. Im always drawn in by the strawberry and cream part but meh. Its just ok, not a rec. nor a repurchase. In the end, I do like mixing it with a tasteless white tea I bought. Has a kind of sour, artificial taste that does remind me if its namesake whatsoever.

I was absolutely fascinated that this tea brand has been around since the 1600s. I watched a youtube vid of someone explaining why this tea would not have been the exact one that Marie would have drank but its fun nonetheless. Sounds super fancy with apples and roses growing from Versailles. Anyway, when I first got it the floral apple scent was quite overwhelming and I didn’t like it at first. Until I began adding milk and sugar. Then I loved it. I’m a fan. Kinda pricy…. But maybe worth an occasional treat

Ooh wee its been awhile since Ive written a review. I’ve slowed down a bit on the tea drinking. But this is just your basic chamomile. Nothing to go crazy for but also a good staple. You can use it for a lot of stuff other than drinking. Its calming and soothing on the skin and you can add to DIY masks. Still just basic tho

I love, love, love grapefruit. Which is why I bought this. It really doesn’t have any grapefruit flavor. And barely any vanilla. It almost has the nutrigrain note I’ve had in a few other teas. Once your cup is empty it does leave a pleasant vanilla scent .But really it’s quite tasteless. Also…the caffeine must be really high because I have the worst time sleeping after drinking this. I tried to hurry through this by cold brewing. I’m on my last little bit. Thank goodness!
