15 Tasting Notes
Lime? Check. Yuck…
Mint? Check.
Sugar? Check. Check. Double, triple, quadruple check…
It tasted like a candle, or like a perfume/bodyspray.
The lime was too sour in my opinion. It was almost bitter. I loved the minty flavor, but it didn’t seem to go well with the overly sweet and sour flavor. The flavors didn’t really blend well together like a real mojito would. They seemed to be all over the place.
I also think the sourness gave me an upset stomach. :( I did not end up finishing it.
The glass bottle is the best part! I will try other argo teas, but NOT this one again. YUCK.
Preparation
I received this tea as a Christmas gift from my BFF. She knows I love tea, and that I would be up for trying a different flavor adventure.
She also knows I have a huge sweet tooth, and the was right on the mark with this tea!
In the tin, dry, it smells exactly like a cinnamon roll!!
(Will add more later!)
Flavors: Almond, Cinnamon, Sweet
It smells mellow, sweet, and a little tart. But I was wrong. This tea is too tart and too bitter.
I’ve tried decreasing the amount of tea, and decreasing the water temp. Still not a good outcome! The tea was overly tart every single time. I would like it more if I knew how to fix it, but fail every time.
Even if I steep about 5 seconds too long, it still effects it!
Preparation
The best dollar I have EVER spent. I bought this in a whim at my local ‘Big Lots’.
Strawberry flavor to the max! I loved every drop of this tea.
BUT I ONLY HAVE TWO BAGS LEFT. AND I CANNOT FIND THIS ANYWHERE.
Please, please please let me know if you find this somewhere. It is a mystery as to where the hell one can find this tea!!!
