Stumbled across this place while gallivanting around LA with the squad, and was pleasantly surprised that the prices didn’t mirror those of the other posh Beverly Hills shops. True, their teas aren’t necessarily inexpensive, but for the quality I think they’re reasonably priced. for $10 I was able to get 100 grams of their delicious rooibos dulce de leche loose leaf tea along with a free drink of my choice. I decided to try one of their most popular teas, the blue moon white loose leaf, which was also delicious. The staff was very nice and accommodating despite the fact that we came in just before closing time and I would definitely come back!

Recently found this place via Yelp. Basanti is a tea bar and shop in the heart of Beverly Hills (right off Rodeo on S Santa Monica). The small space offers a tea shop (tea and wares), cafe (teas,tea lattes,and prepackaged snacks and light fare). The staff is very friendly and accommodating!

I tried their Coconut Moon Latte and fell in love. It’s a white tea with rose petals and dried cranberries, with coconut and milk. The sales associate gave my friend and me a sample of the tea straight, and I ended up buying a bag for myself.

Pricing is not inexpensive, but I think it’s worth it.
